Increase in prices for the Camel Rides in Lanzarote
Have you heard? There has been an increase in price for the Camel Rides in Lanzarote!
And it's not just a small one. That's right, the cost of riding a camel through the Timanfaya National Park has risen to a whopping €22. Previously priced at €12 per camel, two people were able to enjoy the ride through the volcanic terrain - that was just €6 per person.
There has been no official announcement as to why the prices have increased, although we do understand that the Camel operators have been pushing the Yaiza Ayuntemiento to raise prices for a while. It's also very likely that the cost of taking care of the camels has risen significantly, like everything else in the world right now.

The Lanzarote Camel Rides are available as a standalone experience, or optional activities in some of the tours and excursions that we offer. Specifically those that visit the Timanfaya National Park.
What do you think? The Camel Rides are high on the list of popular things to do in Lanzarote, but will this deter you from booking the Camel Ride experience? Or is it still worth the money.
